Annual Meeting Proxy

PROXY FOR TEMPLE SINAI ANNUAL MEETING

The undersigned hereby appoints President Josh Danzig as my proxy to attend the Annual Meeting of Congregation Temple Sinai to be held on May 20, 2025 or any continuance or adjournment thereof with full power to vote and act for me and in my name, place, and stead in the same manner, to the same extent, and with the same effect that I might were I personally present thereat, giving to such proxies’ full power of substitution.
The undersigned instructs such proxies to vote as specified below with the understanding that, unless a contrary choice is specified, this proxy will be voted

1. Election of Board Members recommended by the Nominating Committee. (If you do not wish to vote the same for all nominees, show preference in detail by writing/emailing in.)

2. Election of representatives to the Hebrew Rest Cemetery Association, Inc. as recommended by the Nominating Committee. (If you do not wish to vote the same for all nominees, show preference in detail by writing/emailing in.)

3. Adoption of the Proposed Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

I further authorize my proxies to vote on all such business that may come before the meeting in the manner they see fit as fully as if I were present and voting in person.
